80 Stone Coffee Roasters

In 2012 two friends reunited in London over their love of coffee. In 2015, they bought a 5kg F.I.M.T, (Fabbrica Italiana Machine Tostatrici coffee roaster, refurbished the machine themselves and set out on a mission to roast and distribute their own coffee.

Simone and Roberto branded their product with the name “80 Stone Coffee” as the roaster weighed this much and being born in the 80″s, what better name?

Roberto’s love of coffee started out early because he grew up in a coffee shop in Verona and had the personality to match since he worked in hospitality. Simone, just like Roberto, has also always worked with coffee: roasting, engineering and barista training.

While the two worked in different countries and with different professions over the course of the next few years, their love of coffee eventually reconnected them once again.

Not only will you find them roasting some of the best coffee out there on their brand new 30kg Petrocini roaster, but you can also get barista training, equipment, or stock your store since they sell wholesale as well.

They have a series of signature blends, devised from hours of their own testing sessions with the roaster and cupping sessions.
