I don't doubt that the coffee is good and I've had great experiences with Blue Box up to this point but my most recent bag (in this current run where I decided to go pre-ground for a time) was definitely too fine for aeropress. Much harder to press than previous bags I've had and can taste it being a bit overextracted which is a shame. I would also note that it seemed all a bit difficult to figure out when this latest bag was actually being delivered. Wasn't clear until it was posted which was quite a few days after the order date. But still decent coffee to enjoy at the end of it all, which is not too bad a thing.
