
How to Make the Best Iced Coffee Protein Shake
This protein shake is great for weight loss and is complete with healthy fats and fibre to keep you full for hours. It tastes a little like melted coffee ice cream, and we all know how delicious that is right? This coffee protein shake is a great way to use up leftover coffee (it has a whole cup of cold coffee in it) so it will definitely give you that morning wake up you desperately need. Ingredients- 240ml black coffee cooled in the fridge
- 22 grams vanilla protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 120ml unsweetened soy milk (or your milk of choice)
- 3 ice cubes (3 more optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, saving three of the ice cubes.
- Puree until smooth. Add in the last three ice cubes (if you choose) and enjoy!
