Cultivated at 2,000–2,100 metres above sea level, the heirloom varietals thrive in rich soil and cool air, developing the vibrant complexity Ethiopia is known for.

At Mustefa’s Beshasha wet mill, each cherry is carefully washed and processed, resulting in a cup that’s bright, elegant, and beautifully clean.
