In the UK, Whistl aim to deliver in three working days and use the Royal Mail for delivery. They don't make any guarantees but we find them to be very reliable these days (we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on an exact date, but we try to get it as close as we can). It's also worth saying that they are extremely good at Christmas and special occasions.
Sadly, we are no longer able to deliver to the EU. Under EU regulations, VAT may now be charged in the destination country and customs admin fees may also be charged at random amounts.
Due to the covid-related delays and various postal restictions, we are no longer delivering worldwide.
To remove any risk in trying our coffee subscription, you have a unique Taste Guarantee. Very simply, if you do not enjoy your coffee, we will replace it no matter where you are.
It's also worth mentioning that if, for some reason, your coffee package arrives damaged, please let us know. Although the Royal Mail do not give compensation, we will replace it immediately as we want you to experience our wonderful coffee as soon as possible.
