To lessen any environmental impact, we use the Royal Mail's 2 day tracked postal service for deliveries as they are already visiting most UK properties and it does not create an additional journey. As soon as we send your coffee, the Royal Mail will email your tracking information direct to you.
We cannot always guarantee that the Royal Mail will deliver your package on an exact date, but 9 times out of 10 they do.
Sadly, as our coffee is freshly roasted and some national postal services are very slow, we are no longer delivering worldwide.
To remove any risk in trying our coffee subscription, you have a unique Taste Guarantee. Very simply, if you do not enjoy your coffee, we will replace it no matter where you are.
It's also worth mentioning that if, for some reason, your coffee package arrives damaged, please let us know. We will replace it immediately as we want you to experience your wonderful coffee as soon as possible.
