Tiku’Va, meaning “butterfly” in the Mixtec language, is grown by the indigenous Mixtec community in the remote Sierra Mixteca mountains. Cultivated at 1,700+ metres using ancestral agroecological methods, this coffee reflects deep respect for land and tradition. Handpicked and spring-washed, it offers smooth notes of raspberry, white chocolate, and tamarind.
