Grown in the lush foothills of the Andes on the Popayán plateau in Cauca, Colombia, this speciality decaf offers a sweet, clean cup with soft florals and balanced acidity. Crafted with care by a group of 65 smallholder farmers, this coffee is the result of high-altitude farming, rich volcanic soil, and a gentle climate—ideal conditions for a complex, vibrant brew.
This is decaf, but not as you know it. Using the Sugarcane process, a natural method that combines ethyl acetate from local sugarcane and fresh spring water, the caffeine is removed gently, preserving the original flavour profile while enhancing natural sweetness. No harsh chemicals, no flavour loss—just decaf, done right.
