Our Paubrasil coffee comes from the hands of over 4,500 dedicated farmers in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region — pioneers who transformed acidic soil into one of the world’s most respected coffee-growing areas.

These small to medium family farms bring generations of knowledge to every harvest. With a deep respect for the land and a commitment to quality, their care yields a coffee known for its full body, velvety texture, and rich chocolate notes — a true labour of love.
