Lala Salama, meaning “Sleep Peacefully” in Swahili, is a decaf rooted in care and community. Grown in Uganda’s Gombe and Zebigi villages, this coffee is handpicked and carefully processed at Coffee Garden’s washing station using a slow 40-hour fermentation and 12-stage sorting for purity and flavour.
